A 10x16 flat head self-drilling screw (often called a Tek screw) is a #10 gauge fastener, 16mm long, with a countersunk flat head and a hardened drill point. Designed to drill and tap into metal (up to roughly 3mm thick) without pre-drilling, it is ideal for fixing sheet metal or steel framing where a flush, unobtrusive finish is needed.
